All school photography bookings are completely free to your school. There are no booking fees, costs or obligations - your school can only benefit from the photography service and the 20% commission it receives from parent photo sales.

Plans change. If you need to cancel your photo booking, you can do so at any time, with no notice, fees or penalties.

Additional services such as staff photographs, ID badge photos, governor portraits and updating pupil photographs for school systems are also available with your school photography booking, at no cost to your school.
Photo Day
Classes are photographed in just minutes, keeping pupils moving and lessons disruption to a minimum. I can often photograph an entire school in just a few hours, while taking the time to capture natural, happy expressions from every pupil.
Proofs & Parent Ordering
Photo proofs are delivered to school within just a few days, neatly organised for easy distribution. Parents simply follow the link on their proof to view and order securely online - with no cash, paperwork or payment administration for school staff.
Photo Delivery
Every order is individually packed, clearly named and sorted into class boxes, ready for straightforward distribution. Digital pupil photographs can also be supplied correctly formatted for easy import into SIMS, Arbor and other school systems - and if required, I’ll take care of the photo import for you, removing another time-consuming job for school staff.
